Hi Jamie! First off, I chose to read 'Relentless Love' and I love how you had a woman as the protagonist and the hero in the story! You're right in your author's note that not very many stories have the woman as a strong force. What attracted me to the story was the title, of course, and that I knew it would be a powerful love story through that.
ReplyDeleteThough you proved it in the narration, I hoped to have read more dialogue and a bit more action in the story. Especially when she went to visit the leader of the Greeks. It almost seemed too easy. A bit of a challenge and more of her strength would’ve been fascinating to see. It also seemed too easy that she was able to travel to her husband just to tell him of the news. Each aspect of building and the traveling could’ve added to the drama.
Overall I enjoyed the read and how strong their love was! You did a great job portraying a powerful female lead, yet still with a sensitive nature as a woman has! Good luck the rest of this semester!
